At CASE XPRESS, all phone cases are personalised with your uploaded images. Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once production begins. Please review your customisations carefully before placing your order.

Order Confirmation & Final Sale

1. Customisation Approval: By placing your order, you confirm that you have reviewed and approved your custom phone case design.

2. Checkbox Agreement: You must check the box that says, "I confirm that I have reviewed and approved my custom phone case design. No further changes are needed" before proceeding with your order.

3. Final Sale: Once your order is confirmed and the design is approved, your purchase is considered a final sale. This means that no returns, exchanges, or refunds can be made after the order has been processed, except in cases of defects or errors caused by us.

Design Changes

If you made an error in your design or need to make any changes, please contact us immediately of placing your order.

We may be able to accommodate minor changes at our discretion, but once design approval has been completed, production has started, or your order has been shipped, no further changes or alterations can be made.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that your phone case arrives damaged or contains an error caused by us:

  1. Contact us immediately at support@casexpressau.com.
  2. Please provide clear photos of the damage or error so we can assess the issue.
  3. We will arrange a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Defective or Damaged Items Only)

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for cases that arrive damaged or with defects caused by us. This applies to:

  1. Defective or damaged items only—you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. We will assess the issue and provide a refund or replacement based on the situation.

Important Notes:

  • The 30-day guarantee applies only to purchases made through our online store and not to purchases via our vending machines.

  • This guarantee covers defects or damage caused during production or shipping, not customer errors in design or customisation.

Requests Made Over 30 Days After Delivery

  • We cannot accept any return, refund, or replacement requests made more than 30 days after the delivery date.

  • We strongly recommend inspecting your product immediately upon receipt and contacting us if there are any issues.

Gift Vouchers

  • Non-refundable & Final Sale: All gift vouchers are non-refundable and considered a final sale.

  • Once purchased, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
