Shipping and Delivery Policy
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24β48 business hours.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
During peak periods such as Black Friday, holidays, or major promotional events, dispatch times may be slightly extended due to increased order volume.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post (AusPost) or equivalent international carriers. Delivery timeframes are estimated in business days

Rural & Remote Areas
Delivery times may be longer for rural, regional, or remote areas. Estimated delivery timeframes are a guide only and may vary depending on your location and local courier conditions.
International Customs, Duties & Import Fees
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). All applicable customs, import duties, handling fees, taxes, and any other charges are the customer's responsibility (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).
Order Cancellation:
Orders may be cancelled if production has not yet started. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
CASE XPRESS is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered orders resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to address issues, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
We are also not liable for orders marked as βdeliveredβ by the courier but not received, particularly where the address provided was incorrect or incomplete.
We strongly recommend double-checking your shipping details before finalising your order to avoid delays or additional charges.
Tap Card Delivery
Tap Cards are available to Australian customers only.
Tap Cards are shipped via Australia Post standard letter mail with tracking.
Victoria: Delivery within 2β5 business days
Other Australian states: Delivery within 4β7 business days
Tap Card delivery is not available for international orders.
