Order Processing:
We aim to promptly dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours of order placement.
If you order before 12 PM (AEST), we’ll do our best to dispatch the same day.
During holidays, peak periods, or for large orders, please allow up to 48 hours for dispatch.

- Free Standard Shipping: Available for orders over $69 Australia-wide.

Shipping Confirmation:
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your package.
Order Cancellation:
Orders may be cancelled if production has not yet started. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are correct and complete.
- CASE XPRESS is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us due to address issues, customers will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
- We are also not liable for packages marked as “delivered” by the courier but not received, especially when the address provided was incorrect.
We strongly recommend double-checking your shipping information before finalising your order.
Physical, Digital & Tap Card Delivery
Tap Cards
Tap Cards are shipped via Australia Post standard letter mail with tracking.
Victoria within 2–5 business days.
Other States: 4-7 business days.
Physical Gift Vouchers
Physical gift vouchers are also sent via standard letter mail with free shipping and no tracking. Delivery typically takes:

Digital Gift Vouchers
Digital gift vouchers are delivered instantly via email once your order is confirmed. If you haven’t received it within 10 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.
