This warranty does not apply to orders placed more than 365 days ago, items marked as Final Sale or Clearance, or damage resulting from wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or other cosmetic issues.

Approved warranty claims are eligible for a replacement or exchange with a product of equal value.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible phone cases. Custom-made phone cases are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.

Defective or damaged items may qualify for a refund or replacement with the same item or a product of equal value if reported within 30 days of the order date.

If you request a replacement due to choosing the wrong size or model, additional fees may apply.
