As a Tap Card holder, you'll enjoy exclusive member pricing—redeemable either at our vending machines or online through discount codes, depending on your chosen method.
Exclusive Member Top-Up Rates
For Tap Card Holders:
$30 Standard Print – Pay $30 and receive $35 credit on your Tap Card
$40 MagSafe Print – Pay $40 and receive $45 credit on your Tap Card
Online Discount:
Receive a $35 discount code via email to use at cart or checkout
Receive a $45 discount code via email to use at cart or checkout
Option 1.
If you’ve chosen the Vending Machine option, the physical Tap Card can be used exclusively at our machines located within Victoria. Find your nearest CASE XPRESS MACHINE
Option 2.
If you’ve selected the Discount Code option, your Tap Card benefits can be applied online at checkout using the unique code sent to you via email.
All Tap Cards are shipped via Australia Mailing Post and are expected to arrive within:
Victoria: 1–5 business days
Other States: 2–7 business days
If purchased with other items, your order will be shipped using the delivery method selected at checkout.

If you lose your tap card, please contact us immediately so we can cancel it and prevent unauthorised use.
A replacement Tap Card can be purchased, and any remaining balance will be carried over to the new card. Read more.
