1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty

CASE XPRESS provides a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty covering verified defects in materials, workmanship, or product functionality.

This warranty is valid for 365 days from the original purchase date and applies only to products purchased directly from CASE XPRESS or authorised sales channels.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies to defects in materials, workmanship, or functionality that originate from our manufacturing process.

Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to:
- Orders placed more than 365 days prior to the warranty claim
- Final sale, clearance, or discontinued items
- Replacement items issued under a previous warranty claim

The warranty also does not cover cosmetic or age-related issues, including but not limited to:
- Scratches, dents, scuffs, or surface abrasions
- Colour fading or discolouration caused by handling, exposure, or environmental factors
- Gradual loosening of buttons, components, or fittings
- General wear, deterioration, or ageing of materials

Damage resulting from the following is also excluded:
- Impact, drops, or external force
- Misuse, modification, alteration, or unauthorised repairs
- Improper handling, storage, or installation

Warranty Assessment

All warranty claims are subject to review and approval by CASE XPRESS. Supporting evidence, including photos or videos, may be required to assess eligibility.

CASE XPRESS reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies for warranty coverage.

Resolution

If a warranty claim is approved, CASE XPRESS will, at its discretion:
- Replace the product with the same item, or
- Provide a replacement of equal value
