1. Overview
The CASE XPRESS Tap Card is a prepaid card that allows customers to store and use printing credit at any CASE XPRESS vending machine. It offers a quick and convenient way to pay—just tap and print.
2. How to Use
To use your Tap Card, simply tap it on the vending machine’s card reader during checkout. The cost of your print will be automatically deducted from your card balance.
3. Gifting the Tap Card
Tap Cards can be purchased as a gift. If the card has existing credit, it can be used immediately without linking. However, to add more credit and access the account dashboard, the recipient must create a CASE XPRESS account and link the card.
4. Linking Your Tap Card
To link your Tap Card, visit:

Use the same email used to create an account, and please allow up to 24 hours for processing.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards
If your Tap Card is lost, compromised, stolen, or damaged, please contact us immediately. CASE XPRESS is not responsible for any unauthorised use or credit loss prior to the report. A replacement card must be purchased, and any remaining credit will be transferred upon successful verification of ownership.
6. Refunds & Returns
All Tap Card purchases and credit top-ups are final sale and non-refundable. Please ensure your order details are correct before completing your purchase. For more details, refer to our Refund & Return Policy.
7. Credit Validity
Printing credit on your Tap Card does not expire and remains available for use at any time.
