
Replacement Card FAQS
Once you notify us and the card is cancelled, our team will verify the remaining balance and transfer it to your new Tap Card. You’ll receive a new card number along with any remaining balance, if applicable.
Please note, we cannot prevent unauthorised use unless we’ve been notified—so contact us immediately if your card is lost or damaged.
Please notify us immediately if your Tap Card is lost or compromised so we can cancel it and prevent any further unauthorised use.
The remaining balance will only be transferred to your new card based on the amount available at the time of cancellation.
If you purchase the replacement Tap Card on its own, it will be delivered via Australia Post letter mail with tracking provided.
Victoria: 1–5 business days
Other States: 2–7 business days
If purchased with other items, all products will be shipped together in one parcel using your selected shipping method at checkout for added convenience.
Your first Tap Card is shipped free of charge as a complimentary gift.
For replacement cards, a $4.75 shipping fee applies to cover postage costs.
Not at this stage. All Tap Cards are currently issued as physical cards to ensure full compatibility with our vending machines.
