Lost Your CASE XPRESS Tap Card?



We understand things happen. If you've misplaced your Tap Card, here's what to do:


📩 1. Contact Us Immediately

Please email us at support@casexpressau.com as soon as possible. We'll cancel your card to prevent unauthorised use.


💳 2. Replacement Fee

A replacement fee applies to issue a new loyalty card. To get your replacement Visit Here


⚠️ 3. Customer Responsibility

If we’re not notified in time and the card is used by someone else, we won’t be responsible for any redeemed balance.


🔁 4. Transfer of Remaining Balance

We’ll transfer any unused balance from your original card to the replacement—if any are left.


🆕 5. Your New Card

A new Tap Card with a unique number will be assigned exclusively to you.


📦 Delivery Details

Your replacement card will be sent via Australia Post standard letter mail.


🕒 Processing Time

Please allow 24-48 hours for us to process and prepare your replacement.
