Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible phone cases. Custom-made phone cases are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.

Defective or damaged items may qualify for a refund or replacement with the same item or a product of equal value if reported within 30 days of the order date.

If you request a replacement due to choosing the wrong size or model, additional fees may apply.
